Daily Dividend Report: FRD, TY, TROW, GIM, EIX Friday, September 3, 5:14 PM ET After the bell yesterday, Friedman Industries (FRD) declared its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share, doubling the amount paid to shareholders last quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 4.9% going forward. In afternoon trading, shares of FRD were higher, gaining 3.7% today. In other dividend news, Tri-Continental (TY) maintained its dividend of 5 cents per share. The T. Rowe Price Group (TROW) maintained its dividend of 27 cents per share. The Templeton Global Income Fund (GIM) maintained its monthly dividend of 4.5 cents per share. And Edison International (EIX) maintained its dividend of 31.5 cents per share.
